The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical stability and security of the website).

4. Hosting via Shopify

Our website is powered by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada .

Shopify processes personal data within the framework of commissioned data processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR .
A corresponding data processing agreement exists.

Data may also be transferred to the USA or Canada .
The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

5. Order processing and customer account

As part of the ordering process, we process the following data:

  • name

  • Billing and delivery address

  • E-mail address

  • Payment information

  • Order data

The processing is carried out for the performance of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR .

A customer account is optional. You can delete it at any time by notifying us.

6. Payment processing

We use external payment service providers for payment processing. Depending on the payment method chosen, personal data will be transmitted to these providers.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

Possible payment service providers:

  • Shopify Payments (Stripe Inc.)

  • PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA

  • Possibly other locally available payment methods (e.g. Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

The privacy policies of the respective providers apply in addition.

7. Fulfillment & Shipping via Printful

Production, fulfillment and shipping are handled by our fulfillment partner Printful .

Printful also operates production and logistics facilities within the European Union , particularly through its subsidiary Printful Latvia SIA , as well as other locations in EU member states and the United Kingdom. Manufacturing and shipping are carried out – wherever possible – from the geographically nearest location.

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract, personal data (name, delivery address, email address and order details) will be transmitted to Printful.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and within the framework of commissioned data processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR .

Insofar as personal data is transferred to third countries (in particular the USA), this is done on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR .
