Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier,
  You have taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory .

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods , whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

👉 You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The return address will be provided to you as part of the cancellation process.

Condition of goods / Compensation for loss of value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Such a loss in value can occur in textiles, in particular, if the goods:

• was washed

• beyond simply trying it on

• is dirty, damaged, or has unpleasant odors

In these cases, we reserve the right to claim compensation .

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

• that are not prefabricated

• and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive

• or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

(e.g. products with personalization such as name, desired text, individual photo or customer-specific requirements).

Note regarding production

Our products are manufactured individually to order (print-on-demand) .
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, unless there is a reason for exclusion in accordance with the above provisions.
